On-Site Inspection

Our inspector visits the property and evaluates the manufactured home foundation — footings, piers, tie-downs, anchoring, and crawlspace conditions. Typically takes about 30 minutes.

Step 03

Engineer Review

Inspection documentation and photographs are submitted to a licensed structural engineer who reviews the findings against HUD PFGMH requirements.

Step 04

Schedule the Inspection

The engineer issues a signed and sealed foundation certification report — the document your lender needs for FHA, VA, or conventional loan approval.
